Baranduda Lifestyle Estate Clubhouse Nears Completion

2025 is shaping up to be the Year of the Clubhouse at Lincoln Place, with eight community precincts set to launch across our Estates. Leading the way is the stunning renovation of the Baranduda Lifestyle Estate Clubhouse—a transformation that carefully balances the building’s rich history with modern design and thoughtfully curated amenities.

Last month, future residents and guests were invited for a special hard hat tour, offering them a first look at the progress inside the Clubhouse ahead of its grand opening in May. They also had the chance to celebrate the launch of the first stage of sporting amenities, including the brand-new competition-sized bowls green—a fantastic milestone for the growing community.

Preserving the Original Charm

What was once an oversized school hall has been thoughtfully reimagined into a welcoming space where residents will be able to stay active, relax, and socialise with their neighbours. The team have worked to preserve the building’s original architectural details, carefully maintaining its character while introducing fresh, modern finishes. Soaring vaulted ceilings and original cathedral windows allow natural light to pour in, creating a bright and open feel.

One of the highlights of the space is the community kitchen and bar, which provides a touch of luxury with marble benchtops and gold accents—a perfect setting for happy hour or a relaxed catch-up with neighbours. The residents’ lounge, complete with a cosy electric fireplace, sits at the heart of the Clubhouse, offering a comfortable retreat for reading, unwinding, or simply enjoying good company.

Walking through, it’s hard to imagine that this space was once a schoolhouse. While residents may now spend less time in the classroom, there will still be plenty of opportunities to learn a new hobby, try something creative, or connect with like-minded friends. Once completed, the Clubhouse will feature a craft studio, dining areas, a gym, an indoor pool, a library, meeting rooms, and outdoor seating spaces, all designed for relaxation and connection.

Now nearing completion, it’s just a matter of finalising the landscaping and interior fit-out.

A First Glimpse as Excitement Builds

During the recent Hard Hat tour, residents had the opportunity to inaugurate the newly completed bowls green, the first of the new amenities that residents can already start to enjoy. Alongside the bowls green, visitors were also able to explore the stage two homes currently under construction, offering a closer look at the future of the community.

The popular new designs, including the two-bedroom Emerson, offer residents the perfect opportunity to downsize in style, with modern living spaces and high-quality finishes. With nine depositors in attendance and several current residents, this was a special chance for them to get a preview of the new homes which are now just a few months away from completion.
