About the Clubhouse
What was once an oversized school hall has been thoughtfully reimagined into a welcoming space for residents to stay active, relax, and socialise with neighbours. The team have worked to preserve the building’s original architectural details, carefully maintaining its character while introducing fresh, modern finishes. Soaring vaulted ceilings and original cathedral windows allow natural light to pour in, creating a bright and open feel.
A highlight of the space is the community kitchen and bar, which provides a touch of luxury with marble benchtops and gold accents—the perfect setting for happy hour or a relaxed dinner. The residents’ lounge, complete with a cosy electric fireplace, sits at the heart of the Clubhouse, offering a comfortable retreat for reading, unwinding, or simply enjoying good company.
The Clubhouse will feature a variety of resort-style amenities including, a craft studio, dining areas, a gym, an indoor pool, a library, meeting rooms, and outdoor seating spaces, all designed to provide plenty of opportunities to learn a new hobby, try something creative, or connect with like-minded friends.
